Canyon Oaks Residence

There was an extensive amount of architectural work and interior renovations done to the 7000 sq ft project located in the the Canyon Oaks neighborhood. The project was inspired by the clients interest in locally sourced natural materials with contemporary applications and traditional craftsmanship.

Canyon Oaks Townhouse

This 2800 sq ft project in the Canyon Oaks neighborhood updated the existing spaces with new furnishings and finishes. The project also included a new fireplace and bar design and incorporated the couple's pre-existing art collection to create a comfortable and inviting home.

Art and E. River House

Located in Louisville, Kentucky, DSI created a custom 6800 sq ft residence overlooking the Ohio River with: a large master suite, guest rooms, living, dining and entertainment spaces, and a grand spiral staircase with a book-shelved stairwell leading to a 360 panoramic view of the town.

Design SI is a creative studio offering design services for unique residences, timeless interiors and sustainable products. Our projects include additions, restorations, adaptive reuse, as well new construction and interior design. With a creative design approach, we offer unique design solutions accommodating a range of budgets and individual needs. We pride ourselves of being a team of design professionals, comprised of designers, artists and craftsmen who are both excellent listeners and interpreters. Whether it is for the design of a property, or a product, each project is conceived in terms of its individual potential and opportunities for the client. Every detail, from the accessories, furnishings, and artwork, to the mill work, lighting and systems, are designed to complement each other while fulfilling the overall objectives of the project.
